With the dispatch of the goods ordered from us, a legally binding purchase contract is concluded, which includes the following terms and conditions:

Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT. The following payment methods are available:

• Paypal
• Prepayment
• Klarna (Sofortüberweisung, Purchase on Invoice, Credit Card)

For prepayment, payments are processed via Komfortkasse. In this case, some order details (name, order number, email address, amount, currency, country) will be forwarded to LTC Information Services GmbH for payment processing. The privacy policy for Komfortkasse can be accessed here: https://komfortkasse.eu/datenschutz The data is shared exclusively for payment processing. 

No liability is assumed for potential errors in price information.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs per order depend on the destination country: 

• Germany: €5.00 (free shipping for orders over €50) 
• Europe: €9.00 
• Worldwide: €30.00

Delivery and Transfer of Risk

The ordered goods are typically shipped within three business days after the order is received. In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed. Technical improvements or other changes to the products are reserved. Deviations from the online presentation are possible. If the goods are not deliverable, you will be notified accordingly, as no contract is formed in this case.

Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear declaration (e.g., by letter or email) of the decision to withdraw from the contract is required. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, both parties must return the received benefits. For returns resulting from a shipment of goods, the cost of return shipping must be borne if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered. Otherwise, the return is free of charge. For payments made via bank transfer, the refund will be directly transferred to the specified account.

Complaints

Despite careful quality control, goods may occasionally have defects. If a defect is identified after receiving the goods, please contact us directly.
