Return

Before shipping, we carefully inspect our products during packaging. In rare cases, however, products may arrive defective or damaged. Naturally, you can return these items free of charge. Please send us an email in advance with a photo of the defective or damaged products. We will promptly provide you with a return label for the free return of the damaged items.

If you wish to exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal and return products without providing a reason, you can send the goods back to edel weiss. Please inform us beforehand (e.g., via email) that you intend to return products. Send the products in their original packaging, undamaged, including your order number, and sufficiently postage-paid to the address below.

Once we receive the goods, we will refund the corresponding purchase amount as quickly as possible. Please understand that it may take a few days for the refund to be processed.

If you wish to exchange individual products for a different color or size, please place a new order and return the unsuitable products as described above. We will process your return independently of the new order. Unfortunately, offsetting is not possible.
